A patch test and consultation is compulsory at least 24 hours before your initial permanent makeup treatment.
This consultation is £50 which is deductable from the cost of the treatment. This £50 acts as a non-refundable deposit, so if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 2 days notice, you may lose your deposit and be required to pay the full amount at your next appointment.

I appreciate you being on time for your appointment as I work to a tight schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to be to keep to my schedule for the day, in which case you will lose your time slot and therefore your deposit too.
If you cancel your permanent makeup top-up appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a £50 cancellation fee will be applied to the cost of your next booking.
